London is our playground. 90% of our projects are here.  We know the ins-and-outs of the capital, the demands of working in tight spaces, dealing with the local authority, managing agents and neighbours. Our scheduling and budgeting expertise is almost uncanny. Our projects have consistently come in on-time, on-budget.

But many of our clients have homes outside London, and have sought our expertise with design, scheduling, vetting contractors, project management, and sometimes, have used us simply as a sounding board to brainstorm, give honest feedback on what will work, what it might cost and what to expect.
